Sales Director - SEA

Position Description: A high level Sales Manager who is familiar with SEA telecom market and has 10-15 years of actual experience of successfully selling telecom equipments (Millions of USD) to operators directly and through SI (System Integrators). Have personal relation/acquaintance/network with regional key customers and key players in the networking/Carrier Ethernet eco-system (applications, channels etc). Proven experience in building up and managing a focused sales pipeline for the service providers and/or MSO/utilities markets.

An advantage for candidates that worked for the following companies: ALU, Siemens, NSN, Ericsson, Cisco, Juniper, MRV, ECI etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve or exceed the assigned annual revenue target and increase market share.
  
• Analyse the market, set strategy and business plan and execute the plan
  
• Understand competitors’ offerings and further develop competitive strategies to position the company in the market
  
• Identify opportunities, identify buyer influences, overcome objections, make sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
  
• Build effective relationships with existing and prospective accounts and sell at all levels within Customer organization.
  
• Develop and maintain C-level relationships with all accounts within SEA territory.
  
• Formulate all sales forecasts and budgets and provide all related reports required by senior management.
  
• Product coverage: Carrier Ethernet demarcation, access, edge & core portfolio
  
• Identify, develop, manage and work closely with Business Partners to develop sales strategy, tactics and positioning to achieve desired sales
  
• Work closely with Engineering resources to determine country-specific product features requirements from customers

• Minimum university education or equivalent. A Master degree in Business Administration is an advantage.
  
• Senior person with 10-15 years of successful sales of telecom equipments to the Regional Service Providers and MSO/Utilities market segments.
  
• Networking experience would be an advantage.
  
• Ability to address customers from the technology level and all the way up to the strategic & telecom trends level.
  
• Consistent over achievement of sales targets in the telecom market.
  
• Experience selling capital equipment to Regional Service Providers/MSO/Utilities
  
• Dynamic, self-starter with a hunger for sales and winning business. Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
  
• Good command of written and spoken English
  
• Ability to speak another language will be an advantage
  
• Travelling is expected within SEA regions

HW/SW Program Manager in R&D

Job Description:

• Managing Matrix team for product development, including discussions on Product promotion.
  
• Preparing work plans in accordance with requirements, budget and schedules.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer / Computer Science.
  
• At least 2 years experience in managing and leading projects in R&D - mandatory
  
• Background in software/hardware. Preferable background in Telecom Networks
  
• Experience and knowledge of R&D processes. Understanding of SW release cycle process.

EMBEDDED Engineer

Job Description:

System Architect

• Bsc in Communication Engineering, Computer / Electric Engineering, Software Engineering or Computer Sciences

• Background in defining architectural design for carrier-grade communication systems, including modular ones (e.g. AdvancedTCA)
  
• Background in MPLS/Pseudo-Wires/Ethernet/Packet Processors/Real-Time OS/Advanced IP Routing
  
• Ability to define requirements and architecture of the advanced high-end communication systems
  
• Strong learning abilities: understanding the functionality of the new protocols / stacks, understanding the ongoing work of the standard committees
